Partner with Global Supply Chain (GSC) HR Leadership for North America (NAM) Get exposure to the end-to-end HR generalist role, work with cutting edge HR technology while building an understanding of leading Industry Practices within the HR field Drive Strategic HR Projects and Operations, including:
o Onboarding Program Development & Standardization for Hourly/ Shop Floor Employees o New Hire Employee Experience o Exposure to Employee Relations, guiding through new programs and policies o People analytics:
Reporting attendance, attrition, learning, disciplines, and engagement.
Data validation o Creating Job aids and conducting training to diverse teams o Providing recommendations to improve site level data through dashboard improvement, identifying data gaps, etc.
