Job Description The Ranch Hand helps to maintain the ranch land, property & equipment, cattle, exotics, and ensures the ranch is operating in accordance with the goals and objectives of the ranch.
The Ranch Hand participates in necessary activities related to ranch infrastructure, cattle, and wildlife.
RESPONSIBILITIES Ranch beautification and projects including mowing, weed eating, spraying, and shop cleaning/organization Helps to maintain ranch infrastructures such as shop, fences, ponds, roads, water systems, and other buildings Maintain and clean equipment including vehicles, tractors, skid steers, dozers, and UTVs Maintain high standards of animal welfare Qualifications Ability to accurately solve problems Considering safety in all decisions Must be a team player Must have the ability to work independently Ability to operate a tractor Additional Information Check out our website! https:
